Associations & Accomplishments

• Paul Is serving as the City Councilman for Position 3, which is for a term of three years, Starting May, 2006 and ending May 2009.

• Paul currently is serving on the budget review commission, Fire EMS board and is a Board of Director of the Clear Lake Emergency Medical Corp.  Also, serves as the Chairman for the Emergency Response Committee for the City of Seabrook Emergency Management Department.. 

• Past associations have been:  Treasure of the Seabrook Economic Development Corp., Chairman of the South Seabrook Marine District, Ad Hoc committee for the Seabrook Volunteer Fire Department service contract.

• An active member of the United States Coast Guard Auxiliary, he is committed to educating boaters about marine safety and protecting the environmental resources of Clear Lake and Galveston Bay.

• Paul is a life member of the Houston Livestock and Rodeo Association and has ridden in the annual Salt Grass Trail Ride for 7 years.  He is also a member of the Cowboy Heritage Association and is dedicated to preservation of our western and cowboy heritage.
